Y'all are fricking stupid (Beer excluded).
Kansas did not beat Mizzou. We beat Kansas, our last conference game, to reach the Big 12 Championship game against Oklahoma. Going into that game we were ranked number 1 in the country.
Oklahoma beat us.
Kansas somehow hopscotched Mizzou to reach the Orange Bowl even though Mizzou beat Kansas a week earlier.
That year, Kansas had one of the easiest schedules in football history. They didn't have to play Texas or Oklahoma. Their one loss was against Missouri in a game that Missouri dominated. Our one loss was against Oklahoma...and then we lost again to Oklahoma in the Big 12 Championship.
Oklahoma was a two loss team and due to them winning the Big 12, they too played in a BCS bowl.
Mizzou was invited to the Cotton Bowl where we destroyed Arkansas 38-7.
