But that price is ridiculously low compared to standard country club pricing People’s expectations here on what golf should cost is wild
It’s wild reading this thread as I sit here in Baton Rouge with my options of BRCC or CCL at $40k and $30k initiation and $800+/month. Or UCl...
I get that a big car note is not always smart but not sure you’ve priced auto repair lately. Rarely do you get out for less than $2000. Driving a beater can be expensive too.
“Rarely” less than $2k? This is nonsense. This is what people tell themselves to justify the ...
I was gifted a vehicle in high school by parents and drove it until I was 32. Bought my first vehicle at 32 and plan to keep until I am 50ish. Then hopefully my 2nd purchase will get me to 70ish and then my 3rd purchase will be my last. Ideally that’s how it will play out. ...

According to [link=(https://dqydj.com/net-worth-percentiles/)]this[/link], 18% of all US households are millionaire households. I know “household” is not the same as “resident” but I still would have guessed that way more than 1 in 24 NYC residents were millionaires. ...
So 4%? Seems pretty low. I thought like 10% of households nationwide were millionaire households. ...
This is exactly what an average is. You believe if Rory McIlroy was about to hit a drive and you had to guess the carry number to win a million bucks, the best guess is 297 yards. Sorry, I think you are full of shite if you told me that would be your number
Just chiming in to say y...

Go play the ladies tees and shoot a couple 78s. Make it not a big deal mentally. ...
I'd advise someone to either have kids in your 20s or not st all.
I’m pro-having kids with no age qualifiers. I don’t have an issue with people enjoying their youth rather than changing shitty diapers at 24. I can’t imagine that being empty nesters at age 50 is worth not having k...
It's literally some off/on ramps, and widening...
Well literally no that’s not what it is. Literally it is 2 completely new overpass bridges, a new bridge over Ward creek, the on/off ramps, the extension of Rieger Rd, and by “widening” you meant over a mile of new full constructi...
I agree with you. I feel like the numbers start getting weird at 5 iron. Most pros are pulling 6 iron for a 200 yard shot. I would have guessed average Driver carry was 290+ I feel like I’m looking at Peter Malnati’s trackman numbers above. ...
When I said on Sunday, that implies making the cut.
Yea but you also said “last place” which implies that you’re a fricking idiot. ...
Holy shite Bill Ackman gave them $10k for their party :rotflmao:...
They are in a competitive business now and paying Tiger at the expense of paying stars who could easily jump to LIV
I can’t believe I have to post this. But just to let you know, Tiger Woods could also leave the PGA Tour too. LIV would pay him a billion dollars to do it. And it would...
