Both times we finished as the best one loss team, cuz we beat the undefeated mofo in front of us! Texas tried that with us in 2009 and we kicked 'em back down. To be the man, ya gotta beat the man. And Bama does.

You will go back to the golden years when you were on probation after the midget leaves and the SEC office won't cheat for yall anymore.

Georgia got fricked out of that National champ game. West Va, and Mizzou both lost. Naturally, the team that went to #2 should have been UGA.

And that is a valid argument, however this was the time that ESPN and every other media outlet out there was screaming the un written rule of having to win your conference. I'm not saying I agree with it however that was the standard that the college football world set after that Saturday before the selection.

Gumps have no right to talk about anyone backing into anything. You have "backed you way" into the past 2. Come to think of it, more years than not have been a controversy or "luck" needed on who gets in and who stays out.

03- LSU, USC, OU
04- OU, USC, Aub (maybe Tubbs should have got on game day politicking, oh wait, he was playing for the SEC championship on that game day)
06- OSU, UM. Remember the reasoning was 1vs 2. They had their shot and lost. Don't deserve a rematch
07- LSU and half of the top 10
08-UF coming back after a loss
2011- throw out reasonings you used in the past, it all about who the best 2 teams are. nick gets a national platform to politic.
2012-ND was a joke and everyone knew it. But without OSU on probation, you would have stayed home. So please spare the LSU got lucky when you have benefited more due to the current system.

With so many LSU schedule threads, and Bama got lucky to make the title game posts, they need to be reminded at times.

It's not every year a team can lose to Kentucky in their 7th game and to Arkansas at Home in their last game, IN THE SAME YEAR, and play for a natty.

Bama didn't win their division, conference, played a weak schedule, and made the title game. Yet LSU is lucky.

Ok.

LSU got lucky that the refs that tried to blatantly cheat Pitt out of an upset over WV didn't succeed.

What's even worse is that LSU's two losses were both to unranked teams and one of them was Kentucky. How do you lose to Kentucky and win the national title?

Kentucky won 8 games that year. Doesn't make our loss any better, but it's not like we lost to an FCS school.

Kentucky was decent that year. They made it #6 in the country before some injuries.

LSU got real lucky when the Ravens fired Cam Cameron.

Cameron's offenses will return LSU to dominance of the SEC West for as long as Miles can keep Cameron and Chavis at LSU.

So LSU took Kentucky and Arkansas lightly and still made the natty. What's the big deal??

Shut up, and stop confusing me with these strange, positive comments about LSU.

Go ahead and confess, youre not really a bama fan?

Yea, you're right. I'd forgotten about that. Don't think they were unranked when they beat LSU, either.
