Seems like the LSU job was good enough for Saban.

It was at the time, a stepping stone and now he is at the pinnacle of CFB.

Fire Miles, it will make for some good comedy in cajun country over the next few season as L5U flounder. L6u, L7u, L8u,L9u fire coach and so on.

The real problem LSU has is Alleva.

Alleva has been undermining Les Miles for a long time. Now the process has so much momentum Alleva has no choice but make a move.

LSU has a lot of positives and a few negatives. They are firing a Coach who has a long string of winning seasons because he can't beat Saban.

I think you're right.

LSU should wait til next year so they can lose to a rival for the 6th straight time, then fire Miles, get turned down by Rich Rodriguez, and hire a guy that thinks a pole dancer is more important than the job.

But of course, you're not old enough to remember any of that at the ripe old age of 8.

Face it. You're about to break up with the cheerleader to try and go after the prom queen to get turned down and be left with the band geek.

face it, your lunch break is over. get back to Walmart checkout lane 5 before your Auburn boss finds out you're late on your 5 minute break.

LSU fans are in for a reality check.

I'm one Alabama fan who absolutely hopes Miles is gone, because the melt when the next guy is less successful will be enormously entertaining.

Kind of like the melt among the bama fanbase after Saban retires

Are you really that stupid? You said when Saban retires...not when Saban gets forced out in hopes of getting someone better. Half the entertainment will come from L5U fans saying thta Miles never should have been fired. Surely you know the difference. But then again, maybe you don't.

Alabama and Texas. Expectations and fan base.

LSU is the 12th winningest program in FCS history and a top 5 program since 2000. GTFO of here with LSU not being a top job in the country.

LSU will arguably be the best job open this year and at worst second best job.

Southern California and Miami are better jobs. Far more prestige, history and hardware.

this board is going to be so salty when Jimbo Fisher takes the LSU coaching gig.

That's a joke right?

LSU fans literally made a thread yesterday berating Alabama fans for actually caring about the Charleston Southern game. And please, take a look around for LSU's "realistic expectations"

Have you seen the team the last 3 games.

Les has completely lost the locker room.
