A&M and Chavis are working together on this. If LSU wasn't run by such giant pussies this wouldn't even be an issue.

The judge is an Aggie.....Travis Bryan III. The City of Bryan (next door to College Station and where the court is located) was named for his great-great grandfather by Stephen F Austin. I don't think it will end well for LSU.
So, you're saying the judge is corrupt?
Because this is a pretty clear situation. Why would the judge being an Aggie change anything? Unless the judge is corrupt, of course. Chavis doesn't have a leg to stand on and he knows it. He screwed up, but he wants A&M to pay the buyout.

And why exactly would Chavis need to sue A&M to get them to pay the buyout? knew the moronic aggie twist would come around eventually. Keep telling yourselves that he went to A&M because y'all are such a great program and not because he's trying to squeeze every penny out of his retirement though

How does 4-0 feel precious?

Youngkin is a serious die hard Aggie, his involvement tells me that this is not a hostile action against A&M.
So what you're saying is Chavis is fricking A&M but he's giving them a Reach-a-Round so it's cool.

It genius, and probably was our idea.
If LSU loses, nothing happens.
If LSU wins, we pay the bill and not Chavis which means he won't have to deal with the tax hit as would happen if we paid him the money to pay it through compensation.
Where does suing aTm fit into this? If he loses the lawsuit, aTm just pays the buyout. There's no need for him to sue them for that to happen.

No, we're saying that A&M is telling LSU to go frick itself. LSU might eventually get some of the 400k from A&M, but your going to have to spend 400k in lawyers fees to get it.

And no bitterness existed prior to the lawsuit.
None.
