Or this. What he did seems kind of dumb

I doubt it, given that a co-defendant is a resident of TX.

LSU won't get paid, but much time and effort will be spent on it. Chief will be in court, rather than planning his prevent. Oh wait, never mind.

I just can't get over how embarrassing it is to lose a coach for a lateral move to a program in the division. It's hilarious.

Why would a co-defendant sign off on a removal from a friendly state court? All defendants have to join. But, I could be missing something obvious.

Beyond that, I'm not sure that a&m even could join if they wanted because you can't remove on the basis of diversity from your home state.

We actually just learned this in BLAW

Because the contract over said suit is in Louisiana and he now resides in Texas (Or Tennessee or whatever the hell it is), this can be moved to Federal Court.

This folks, is what a guy with EXTREMELY limited people skills looks like.A man with even minimal humility and intelligence would have been able to get the money he wanted and coach where he wants. Chavis gets neither . Instead this guy acts like a pissed-off debutante, pouts his way into a corner and ends up where his own employer never seems to value him enough to pay him what he thinks he is worth. John Chavis thinks he's a fricking rock star when at best he's an over-the-hill roadie. A&M needs to pay the money and move on before The Chump has a coronary. Regardless, this is the moment where Aggie suddenly gains an insight into the nature of this man and his prodigious limitations.

Youngkin is a serious die hard Aggie, his involvement tells me that this is not a hostile action against A&M.

Chavis can now walk from the A&M contract and get back on the free agency market for breach of contract.

I don't see why they wouldn't. His contract was pretty straightforward.
