I doubt it, given that a co-defendant is a resident of TX.

He can't qualify as a Texas Resident after 60 days or so. Beyond that he lists his resident as his ranch location which I believe is in Tennessee and/or South Carolina, where his wife resides.

I just can't get over how embarrassing it is to lose a coach for a lateral move to a program in the division. It's hilarious.

He didn't even need to wait until February actually. He just needed to wait until January 16th.

He needs to fire his agent and then smack himself in the face for this.

Someone heard Chavis say at least we know LSU won't be scoring many points with the jury should it go that far...

I think I would have started with LSU and let the courts decide whether or not the money was owed. Resolve that and leave A&M out of it until it's concluded that the $400k is owed. Only then bring A&M into it. Kind of dumb to sue your employer when it might not even involve them.

I think I would have made LSU sue me, but then, I'm not an attorney.

The judge is an Aggie.....Travis Bryan III.

The City of Bryan (next door to College Station and where the court is located) was named for his great-great grandfather by Stephen F Austin.

I don't think it will end well for LSU.

So are you saying the courts of texas and the elected officials will cheat the constitution and law of the land for a fair trial? Never knew Texas was full of such slimy democrats. I always saw yall as a proud honorable hard working state. Guess not
