When he was first hired by A&M, I was laughed at when I posted here that A&M would mislead him in regards to their obligations regarding the contract and that he would end up suing both sides. This proves me right.

A&M and Chavis are smart. Now this is settled in a College Station court, by an Aggie judge

I have litigated many similar cases of this nature and it is no major deal in the world of big money contracts for lawsuits to be filed.

I doubt it, given that a co-defendant is a resident of TX.
