You didn't miss anything.
Basically this thread was:
1. Auburn needs to focus on more "bang for our buck"...which has been a long time coming now for over 15 years and counting.
2. Our Athletic director is cool, but needs to be shown the door. He is a fricking millionaire...so it's cool. He will be alright...promise.
3. Alabama sidewalk fans voice their opinions way too much for some people who only care about their football program over their actual University. Let's be honest, very few fans of Alabama actually passed the appropriate tests to even be accepted into that actual University. Thus, they are sidewalkers. Hate it, but it is true.
Basically this thread was:

Because he "ran off" David Marsh? I've often heard this said, but I've never a single time seen such a thing on the record. Are you holding the secret evidence that Jay Jacobs "ran off" David Marsh? You are The One Who Knows All?
The only evidence I have is that Marsh had his very own Swim Daddy take over the program after he *chose* to leave. Wow, Marsh hated Auburn so much, he begged the one guy he respected most in the world as a coach to replace him, Richard Quick.
But you keep on shrinking from those boogey-men you create in your fevered brain, ok?
