Interest in college football may be up, but I do believe the quality on the field is down and it has been for quite a few years.

To hell with SEC pride as a whole. I hope most of y'all lose, and lose in ugly fashion.
That said, I will pull for SEC teams against certain teams like Ohio St, Notre Dame, Michigan, etc.
For the BCSNG I am not pulling for anyone, I would just like to see a good game.

I am pulling for Auburn. I always pull for SEC teams in bowl games (even Alabama).

Pulling for AU. It'd be a great story for the state of Alabama to have the Crystal Ball 5 years running; plus, SEC pride. Mostly, though, because I've run into Tre Mason in the off-season down here and he's a really good kid. So, I'm personally rooting for him.
If that makes me a houndstooth heretic, oh well.

This idea of "SEC pride" is ridiculously stupid. It doesn't matter to me one bit if another SEC team besides LSU wins the National Title. WTF does Auburn winning do for LSU....not a damn thing.
I'm not going to go out and buy an Indian suit and ride a damn horse through town carrying a spear but you won't see me openly cheering for or dick riding Auburn on a message board either.
