How is a person like me the problem for wanting a stronger drug policy for athletes & that is made universal for all teams?

Yeah, the cheap way has really done well for UGA the past 100 years. You're probably right.

Making your best players sit out games for smoking pot is a good way to get ahead.

These kids KNOW what the rules are when they join the team. Why should we just look the other way when they break them? Especially for repeat offenders?

When was UT's last championship, and how many do they have? Then compare to UGA.

Curious to see your answer. Not that I don't know myself, I just wanna see how the Dawgs try to swing that seeing as how i see them tell Vols this all the time/

Amazing that people think that we can just up and fire a coach for not winning a NC when it had been 20 years since our last SEC Championship. He has won 2 and taken us to 5(6 east titles if you count 07), He has a .737 win percentage, and has won 10 or more games 9 times. He has never missed a bowl game. I'm not saying we haven't lost games we shouldn't have or shouldn't have won a NC but you can't fire and all-around likeable guy(like it or not, it matters to our administration), without good damn reason And our football program has never been so unstable to warrant a firing.

Considering the talent pool in Georgia I don't find his track record to be that special.

I don't think UGA fans will be offended. We've heard this for the last 5 years. We were five yards away from "playing for" a natty 3 years ago, but we haven't got the proverbial "break". Is what it is, UGA will win a MNC eventually. Most UGA fans understand this and are waiting patiently.

FIFY...you could not be 5 yards away from a natty when you didn't play in the MNC game.

Richt owns both of those teams, so we're just scratching the surface with that comment. As long as Richt is recruiting at the level he is, UGA will fall into a Natty like Auburn.

No they won't.

He has been recruiting good but not great and he still hasn't won shite. How long shall we wait?

If mediocre is nine 10 win seasons in 14 years then I gotta know what good and great are?

9 win seasons are no longer considered a successful season. Too much parity in college football now. A lot of teams have 9 win seasons and all that means is a Belk Bowl bid. If your happy with that every year then awesome.

Y'all had better hope UGA does well in the next couple and Richt hangs around because the thought of Chip Kelly in Athens should keep you up at night.

For all the great things Vince Dooley was he wasn't great at titles. Georgia has always been next year's team. They'll drop a couple this year they shouldn't as well.

Heard a stat this morning. Over the last 4 years UGA has lost 7 games they were favored in

He said nothing about 9 win seasons guy and he was talking about the idea of mediocrity. Mediocre is going 8-5.

Because as long as kids are fulfilling their responsibilities and staying out of trouble, they should not be subjected to drug testing. At the very least, they should not be suspended for ONE failed test.

Richt is a good coach and runs a clean program. Has he underachieved? Maybe. They have had several coaches since Dooley and none of them came close to the success Richt has had.

Why not? We came close with "good" recruiting and Our recruiting has improved from the "good" that it was.

Go back and read it. He said Uga had won 10+ games in 9 seasons under richt, and claimed that isn't mediocre. He is right.
