I have eyes as well, but I can't say for sure. What are you seeing that I'm not?

correct, from that picture on its own, if you didnt know what was coming next. however that picture or more than likely 1-2 frames after are the point of loss of control of the ball

The RB fumbling the ball prior to breaking the plane.

The game has been over for going on 48 hours. What does it matter what anyone thinks? Georgia has a W while Tenn has a L as a result of that game. Nothing, short of Georgia being found guilty of playing with an ineligible player, will ever change that.

But, by that point, the ball has begun to break the plane.

Okay. Go troll somewhere else. We can't have a discussion without jackass trolls, can we?

Not trolling. I think you may be blind. How you an look at that picture and videos of the play and honestly think the UT player has possession of the ball

Anyone who thinks this is not a fumble probably thinks "just the tip" is not having sex.

Anyone who thinks that it is indisputable that that's a fumble has never held a football by the nose before.

From ESPN NCAAF front page:

That's all I can find, but clearly, his right hand is off the ball and he is holding it by the point with his left hand. Still no indisputable evidence that he lost control of the ball prior to crossing the plane. Ruling on the field stands. Touchdown.

He was not holding it by the nose. He was holding it on its side and it rotated forward out of his hand..also called a fumble.

Of course you can hold a football by it's nose. However on this play unless you consider touching the ball with your fingertips "controlling the ball" then it's a fumble.

How exactly can you look at that picture and say conclusively that he is not holding the ball by the nose with his left hand at the point in time that the ball begins to break the plane of the goal line?

I would say fumble; however, some prick officials in a Saints/Vikings game ruled (after video review) that although AP lost control of the ball, it was still touching his hand when his knee touched and it was ruled "down by contact."

I shite you not.
