ole miss could win 3 games and still be a significantly better team than last year. Remember, last year they got hammered by MSU and should have been shut out by Vandy.

When did I ever do a QB evaluation? That's the hardest position in the game to project to the next level... RB is projectable with a much higher success rate.

I got you confused with Charger

The talent of the two teams isn't that close.

Neither were the 2001 State and Ole Miss teams, but State found a way to win.

The better talent doesn't always win. Any game is winnable by any team.

I talked with 4 OM fans on my visit to Gulf Shores last week, they all agreed that they would be happy with 4 wins after the mess Nutt left..FWIW

I think 3 wins is expected, 4 is likely and 5 is a small chance but we can reach 5 if everything goes right. Our talent sets up well with what Freeze wants to do. He wants 3-4 WR sets which is where our talent is. The question is can Brunetti have time to find the open man with our o line. Marry and Sawyer are good talents on defense but a lack of a dominate pass rush end plus lack of experienced DTs will be tough to overcome overall.

Our season comes down to 2 games, Vandy and State. Those games decide if we have 3, 4, or 5 games.

Egg Bowl a toss-up? Get outa here with that crap. We will be a 8-10 pt favorite and win easily just as we have the last 3

Y'all are starting to talk like us in 2009.

But in either case, if you don't think what he did last year was impressive you're insane.

Franklin is very impressive.

Our only serious concerns would be losing an OT or QB- everywhere else has back-ups that will play alot

Yeah losing a first-rounder on the defensive line, that's not something people notice or anything.

You're so fricking full of it, fatass.

Right... I'm 15 for pointing out multiple instances of ignorance in a post that basically implied that OM and MSU are in identical positions going into next year.

Strawman. Nobody is saying that OM and MSU are in identical positions. Find somebody saying that.

We're simply saying that y'all have this idea that we're trotting out a goddamned pop warner team. "Oh pssshhhh we'll steamroll those TSUN ****s." How many times has one school said that about the other to be proven horribly wrong.

Again, I point to 2009.

We do have some wideouts with alot of potential.

Moncrief, Collins Moore, Logan, Sanders,Philander Moore, Neat, and Josh Pinkston. Then wild cards like Mackey and Terrell Grant. Who knows if RM can make the switch and Terrell Grant has good size (6-2 210) but has yet to turn that corner in this his junior season.

My boss is going out of town for much of the week, which means I'm closing the office door at watching a shitload of YouTube clips up in this bitch.

This isn't to say that I'm lazy when my boss isn't here, it's just that I don't have anything to do.
