Of course. Oregon and KSU losses (2012), OSU loss (2011), etc. Even undefeated teams need good fortune. Didn't AU have to pull a few rabbits out of the hat in 2010, UA with UT win in 09, and so on. That's more the norm than the exception.

Good deal. I'm not sure that the scheme is going to be that much different. What gets forgotten by most is that Miles LSU threw plenty with right circumstance. Heading into 08, we had one the most talented (potentially I thought) QB's in our history hose up and get kicked off the team. We threw a lot with freshman Lee who completed a lot of pick 6's. So JJ, with obvious zero pocket presence, ran the team to a lot of wins and one conference title. We finally have a passer now and I would think it is Cam's job todesign plays best suited for the talent available on the team. Again, Miles demonstrated every game in 2012 he wanted to pass, but for a variety reasons it did not fare well. Hopefully Cameron's instruction will be the difference.

Yeah, not buying it. Kansas finished with a better record than you in 2007.

So you're saying that had A&M snuck into the national title this year after two losses and clobbered a shitty ND team you would be here throwing praise at us and saying how much we deserved it?
Yeah, I totally buy that. All you guys talk about is how much Bama didnt deserve their last two titles. LSU fans are so hypocritical and transperant.

I guess in a way it was, since the 03 team had a 'split'. The 07 team was awarded #1 by Coaches, AP and FWAA...all of whom apparently doesn't have the insight of Roger.
