you could have a 8,000 square foot house in Homewood

Have you ever been to Homewood? Not many 8k square foot houses there. Most of them are old and tiny with tiny lots. And overpriced. My house in Vestavia is 2,500 square feet and a garage that is 1,400 square feet and I couldn't get 1/3 of that space for the same price in Homewood. And it might have a carport out back. No way it would have a double garage.

7. Birmingham, Ala.
> Violent crimes per 1,000: 14.8
> Population: 213,258
> 2011 murders: 54
> Median income: $30,212
> Unemployment rate: 10.9%

New on the list this year is Birmingham, which ranks among the top five cities in the U.S. for forcible rape and property crime rates. The city also has among the highest rates of burglary and larceny-theft. Like many other high crime cities, Birmingham has one of the highest poverty rates in the country, at 25.1%. Despite the rampant crime, officials announced last year that they planned to lay off 148 employees of the sheriff’s department in an effort to reduce the budget by $12.3 million.

Switch the two cities in this sentence and it looks about right.

If BR didn't make that list, it is not legit.
I think there has been 12 murders on 1 street in BR since the new year started.

Uh you realize New Orleans leads the country in murders and was also listed as the most dangerous city in the United States

either way they both are usually found in the top 10 regularly.

My favorite BRCIOOC story is how someone literally threw a cinder block on the road to stop a car then beat them up and took the car.
