Speaking of sanctions, what happened to Ol' Danny and the boys after 1981?

Auburn has sole possession of championships in 1957 and 2010.

How old are you? Your English is on the same level as my 10 year old.

Dear sheep humping sister fricking taterhead cocksucker .... frick off, will ya.

Why the mods allow your alter take it up the butt with bacon grease goat porking taterhead punk arse to exist in this venerable and prestigious SEC community is beyond me ... especially considering that Chicken is a Gamecock fan and detests you pig rapers as much as the rest of the civilized world.

So frick off and go frick your sister or something else in your trailer you taterhead fricktard.

I made an A in my English classes at Clemson.

I was unable to attend Navy because I grew up in humble circumstances in a small agricultural town amongst the cows and tobacco fields

Because the jerseys had gone through a few washboard scrubbings, they were quite faded—the navy worse than the orange. So Riggs made the school’s predominant color orange and the faded condition of the navy became the purplish color, officially known today as Regalia.

Fascinating. I always wondered where that shitty color came from.

I went to SC for two semesters 10 years ago and did their pre-pharmacy courses prior to admission to MUSC for pharmacy school where I dropped out after one semester because it was much more difficult than a lazy person can handle

I enjoyed my time at SC though and I liked that Strom Thurmond fitness center, very nice. made straight A's too, that never happened at Clemson

so I am a SC alum, I paid that school a good chunk of money so silly for you to dump on a colleague. A sheep loving kid was admitted to your university so guess we can describe SC students the same way

good night, I know some of you guys enjoyed by analysis even if you disagreed with some of it. :)

I see past some of you guy's swag and know you have a heart of gold

ok

are you counting the year they went undefeated with Cadallic?

something I read said they had 1 national title but it may have been a dated article. still 2 is only 1 more than 1. auburn fans say they have a dominant program but only 2 national titles? kind of weird. they also the most sanctioned program that is decent in the modern era. they may have been sanctioned some of the season they played Clemson

They split the 1957 title with Ohio State.

Most Auburn fans don't give two shits about Clemson. Just like 99 percent of the rest of the country.

Florida State has won as many or more conference championships since they first joined the ACC in the 1990's than Clemson has won as a founding member of the conference. Kind of shows how much the entire conference sucks.

Clemson was much better in the 1980s, a top ten program prior to FSU's arrival. 1990s was pretty bad overall, remember Tommy West? probably not

I believe Clemson won 4 games with FSU 2002-2011 time frame. that is probably more than any program other than Florida and maybe NC state who had their number

the ACC did use to suck prior to Va Tech, Lousville, Miami, BC joining conference. It really was Va Tech's conference the past decade until last couple of years. FSU needed Winston the no. 1 draft pick this year to finally get back to where they were in 1990s. he gone now, replaced by interception machine.

99 percent of country don't care about any one football program so no reason to single out Clemson.

One thing you Taters won't have to worry about: that's being a SEC team. South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida would see to that.

Oh, and the 80s stuff. Would you like to tell everybody about your cheating, after all it was only second to SMU, and maybe Oklahoma. Remember y'all came within weeks of the "death penalty."

So jump back in Tobacco Road's laps. You do what they day.

I will say this, Taters are a reasonable choice for a 2015 playoff spot,if the offensive line is any good and Watson stays healthy.

BOth schools have one national title. I believe Clemson has a lot more conference titles, Auburn has more bowl trips and wins.

Auburn has two - 1957 and 2010. Even I know that.

But seriously, tell us instead what traditions they stole from you.

I don't believe you. There is no such thing as pre-pharmacy. Only classes a fool could follow.

i'd settle for winning ACC title, we need to do that more consistently, given people tend to say Clemson is 2nd best program in the conference.

you need a lot of breaks to win a national title. conference title is more doable

Clemson didn't steal any Auburn tradition. mascot, school colors isn't tradition, the mascot is for the kids, colors just used to differentiate from the other team

Clemson's tradition is rubbing the rock and running down hill. there is no hill in the Plains. Auburn main tradition is rolling some trees and an eagle flying around stadium.

it seems like the Auburn coaches came to Clemson because they saw it as a step up. we didn't steal them and any uniforms they brought with them if they came voluntarily. was the school president of Clemson supposed to block Heisman from using auburn's colors and mascot. not realistic
