If the guy shows remorse and admits to the type of drunken behavior he exhibited then the judge should go light. But based on his comments after he was released from being arrested the first time shows me that he does not get it. It also sounds like his attorney is not helping him. I see this as an opportunity to show people who get drunk after sporting events that they cannot put their sexual parts on other people while they are passed out.
Of course if it had been a female this all would be a lot worse.

i've been shitfaced many times in my life and not once has it occurred to me to pull out my nuts and rub them on someones face.

You are sooo right there...as I recall there were dozens of Bama fans cheering and supporting the creeps "activities" as well as at least two other "fans" acting like they were about to pull out their own junk...then stopped by their own dates !!! Pretty sick scene. IF a friend of mine had been there and done NOTHING....what does this say about us "fans"....kind of scary

The real need here is sterilization, we don't need to pollute the gene pool any further. Apologies to his kids but they need to be sterilized too.
