I agree that was a great find. That's the ultimate teaching moment for a parent too. "Little Johnny. This is why we don't hit others when we're angry"

I don't know. I've never put my ballsack on another mans face in a public area with people taking pictures. Is this an Alabama thing?

LSU fans have turned into a bunch of pansies because of this. One of the most vile and disgusting fanbases in all of America is now a beacon of morality. Here is one of the comments from the article:

quote:

I don't see where he has much of a defense since he is plainly visible on a tape recording. I think, if convicted, he will have to report as a sex offender, and rightly so. I'd like to see Alabama and/or the NCAA step up and ban him from all NCAA sporting events as a show that they disapprove of inappropriate activity by fans.

At least Alabama has CostCo and has had it for over 5 years. Poor Louisiana, no Publix, no Yuengling beer, and just now getting CostCo.

As for the teabagger, the guy needs to lose a big lawsuit and maybe even serve a bit of jail time but I also think totally ruining his life over what amounts to an incredibly tasteless prank is a bit much. My understanding is that he probably won't be able to have much contact with his own children if he's branded a sex offender.

It's no skin off my back personally but I'd hate to think I could basically be treated the same way by the justice system as a pedophile would be because of one drunken prank no matter how tasteless it was.

They should just let the "victim" beat his arse or something. It's not like he raped a girl.

Hopefully he'll plead to obscenity charges or just be found guilty of this. The penalty for sexual battery will far outweigh the crime, IMO. Perhaps there is someone here who is knowledgeable of Louisiana law and and can tell us what punishments are, if they are mandatory and if the judge has any leeway.

BTW
Personally I could care less about Downing, just another of the worlds assholes and I really don't care what he suffers in OPP. But he has a family and more importantly a toddler. I think the welfare of this child should be considered, as well as the life long indignity suffered by the fan (especially due to internet/youtube). Is a 'sexual predator' tag really appropriate for this?
Just an opinion, no need to flame.
