Have you heard of any other Alabama fans doing it?

I want a live camera streaming the reactions of the jury when they show them the tapes.

Teabagging is only a prank when you know the person that you're teabagging.

Since a stranger is involved, this is a clear case of ballsack face rape.

Here is one of the comments from the article:

I don't see where he has much of a defense since he is plainly visible on a tape recording. I think, if convicted, he will have to report as a sex offender, and rightly so. I'd like to see Alabama and/or the NCAA step up and ban him from all NCAA sporting events as a show that they disapprove of inappropriate activity by fans.

What was said in that comment that you disagree with?

Opening statement for the ADA, IMO.

Nope. But i've heard of 50 year old 'bama fans poisoning neighboring campuses' trees, relatives shooting relatives with shotguns over bama football games, etc.

So it's not out of the question

They should just let the "victim" beat his arse or something. It's not like he raped a girl.

Actually not a bad ideal. It looked like the LSU guy has about 80 pounds on him. Videotape and post on youtube and be done with it.

Considering that Louisiana is the prison capital of the world. No surprise here.

Louisiana's prison rate is triple that of Iran's, seven time's that of China, and 10 times that of Germany.

The nose thumbing mentality as a whole, and this especially:

he will have to report as a sex offender, and rightly so.

And I thought this made the person who posted it sound like a raging vag:

Give me a fricking break. The dude wasn't at the game when it happened... he was at a fricking Krystal on Bourbon Street. What are we gonna do, ban every person who ever commits a crime from every sporting event ever - just to prove a point?

If convicted and sentenced to time he'll suffer terribly in OPP. Better off at Angola.

Send him to jail for a term. Make him do thousands of hours of community service. Ban him from campus. However, branding him a sex offender seems to be a step too far. The guy is a douche and deserves punishment but make it to where he can pay his debt to society and move on. He doesn't need to be in the same classification as rapists and child molesters.

And fricking this. There is no way to morally justify placing this guy in the same category as a guy who raped an 8 year old girl or molested his step daughter.

No not at all. I'm just saying, the dude is going to get hit really really hard because LA is the prison capital of the world. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

This.

And an unconscious person at that.

Do people not understand the precedent it would set if this wasn't prosecuted and convicted? In the eyes of the law, men and women are equal, so this is the same thing as a guy doing this to a passed out female in public. No one would argue about the merits of the charges if the victim were female.
