Nope. But i've heard of 50 year old 'bama fans poisoning neighboring campuses' trees, relatives shooting relatives with shotguns over bama football games, etc.

Thank for bunching all the 'Bama fans together. I guess, I can consider you in with these guys too huh?

FTFY.

Charles Scott was arrested for rape right? Does that mean all of y'all are rapists?

Raging vag? What are you, 16? Grow up man

Yeah, because "every person" just pulls their nutsack out and rubs it on the face of unconscious fans "all the time"--no big deal.

You and every other hick defending this guy are pathetic, nothing less

I'll repeat:

Do people not understand the precedent it would set if this wasn't prosecuted and convicted? In the eyes of the law, men and women are equal, so this is the same thing as a guy doing this to a passed out female in public. No one would argue about the merits of the charges if the victim were female.

Yes hell I would. Rubbing your nutsack on ANY ADULT'S drunk, passed out face/neck is not the same as raping or molesting a child, and it's ridiculous that it's even being considered as such. Absolutely ridiculous.

Who said it's being considered in the same light as raping a child?

WTF.

It's sexual assault dumb arse. Anyone downplaying it should take a look in the mirror.

There are levels of sexual battery and the punishment is adjusted. I doubt this guy goes to jail for 20 years like a child rapist would.

No shite. But it still is considered sexual assault. And any sexual assault is pretty damn serious in my book

fwiw, I haven't seen many bama fans defending what he did, just stating their opposition to the sex offender tag. A stance that I actually agree with.

And You and every vag demanding that he be convicted of sexual battery and placed on a list next to child molesters and rapists are pathetic, nothing less. Your butthurt over Saban's teabagging of the entire LSU program and fanbase on 1/9 is seeping into your opinion about this guy's penalty. If it weren't a Bama fan, you wouldn't give one single frick.

I'm sure I would consider doing the same thing to an Alashama fan, but then again I wouldn't want to get my scrotum beet red.....

If he does jail time, I don't want him to get the sex offender tag. If he doesn't do jail time, then I want him to get it. He needs to suffer worse consequences for this than just losing his job.
