It's sexual assault dumb arse. Anyone downplaying it should take a look in the mirror.

Cool... Glad you think teabagging = child raping.

Is this guy playing with a full deck? Judges?

Might as well have. He quoted my post about the two crimes not being equal and pointed out that it's sexual battery and suggested I shouldn't be downplaying it.

Either drunk, mentally challenged, or both.

But to answer your question, no, he is not.

Man, even your fellow Bama fans think you're an idiot.

And You and ever vag demanding that he be convicted of sexual battery and placed on a list next to child molesters and rapists are pathetic, nothing less. Your butthurt over Saban's teabagging of the entire LSU program and fanbase on 1/9 is seeping into your opinion about this guy's penalty. If it weren't a Bama fan, you wouldn't give one single frick.

Well, what he did is ACTUAL sexual battery so.............

quote:

Sexual battery is an unwanted form of contact with an intimate part of the body that is made for purposes of sexual arousal, sexual gratification or sexual abuse. Sexual battery may occur whether the victim is clothed or not.

I could have an IQ of 35 and my points would still be valid.

1. Teabagging should not result in the same penalty as someone who molested a child (I.E. sexual predator list)

2. If it weren't a Bama fan who committed the offense, not only would there not be multiple articles and threads started and written about it, nobody would give a single frick that it happened. Bourbon Street is a cesspool of drunken debauchery. The only thing that makes this case stand out is that it was an Alabama fan putting his sack on an LSU fan, and that pissed the entire state off.

I can honestly say, without bias, that if an LSU fan did this to a Bama fan, I would have the same opinion.

We are all subject to the same rules and the same human rights. This guy was violated in a way that is explicitly prohibited by law, both human and moral.

Well, guess if you can't come up with anything more intelligent, just repeat my post. Well done.

quote:

The fact that you use "teabagging" as a form of insult shows that you think that this isn't serious and furthermore proves my point that you are a complete and utter idiot. The fact that he did this on a national stage--after the biggest sporting event in college football, in one of America's most popular cities, and in front of dozens of people inside a public restaurant, sealed his own fate.

quote:

If it weren't a Bama fan, you wouldn't give one single frick.

Nice use of redundancy, chief. Show me where any other fan of an SEC team has rubbed his testicles in a man's face in a public restaurant? Yeah, just the POS you are defending.

You do know that's not the only way to get on that list right?

You can grab the wrong chick's tits and get on that list. This guy put his testicles on an unconscious person's face. Are you that dense?

I haven't defended anything the man did. Dude's a fricking idiot and deserves to be punished. However, being labeled a sexual predator is absurd, and if it hadn't been a Bama fan - you people wouldn't care. Deny that all you want, but you know it's true.

If an LSU fan teabagged a passed out Bama fan ON VIDEO, you bet your arse it would be just as big of a deal so please......JUST STOP!

It is how the law works my man. If you face rape an unconscious stranger with your nutsack on camera, you seal your own fate. This guy deserves everything that happens to him.

I guess some LSU fans draw their line at disgust somewhere between sexual assault and sexual battery.

I'd also like to add we are wayyy past "Bama fans vs. LSU fans" here. That argument is just ignorant.

This is a human being he did that to. If a cop saw him do that in person I hope he'd have the same charges.

I think you're right about that. If it had been a Bama fan that did it to another Bama fan in Tuscaloosa - it wouldn't have made the news and certainly not the SEC Rant. If it had been an LSU fan that did it to an LSU fan - it wouldn't have made the news, and certainly not the SEC rant. That's pretty much my entire point. If this weren't Bama vs LSU, this wouldn't even be being discussed, and I highly doubt he would have been charged with such a serious crime and faced with such serious penalties.

That is an indictment of our society then. An act like this should never be overlooked.

Well, he should have thought about that before he whipped his shite out in LSU's home state.

Who said it's being considered in the same light as raping a child?

WTF

If he's required to register as a sexual offender, then he'll be viewed the same as a child molester, rapist, etc. for the rest of his life.

And FTR, I don't care what punishment he gets. He made his bed so he can lie in it.
