Good thing or bad thing? Or just a typical t town saturday night?

But it did happen, it did make news, and the guys is a pervert, and should be charged as such.

I could care less. I dont know the guy. I was just making an observation that some LSU fans get terribly worked up over sexual battery from an Alabama fan, but yet support an LSU player that committed sexual assault. It's refreshing to see where some of you stand.

Let's establish one point....I don't think anyone in this thread is defending the teabagger.

Good one 'loosa.

I personally wish it would have been a Tulane fan doing it instead of a Bama fan. Then a contingent of Scarsdale, N.Y. defense attorneys would have defended the Greenie Weenie like Johhny Cochran.

Two things to consider: this will get plea bargained down to a lot less than sexual battery. The D.A.'s office will not want to spend the money it would take to bring this in front of a jury; the defendant definitely does not want this to go to trial. A deal will be made. But the other thing to consider: if this was to go trial, he would get a jury of his "peers" ..consider the makeup of the average Orleans Parish jury pool. He would never get convicted for sexual battery.

And FTR, I don't care what punishment he gets. He made his bed so he can lie in it.

I agree with that. But all sex offenders aren't child rapists, that was my point. People may think that, but its not true.

And I 100% agree with your second statement. If you don't want this to happen, don't put your nutsack on an unconscious stranger's face. Pretty easy to avoid.

Big difference is Mett pled guilty, threw himself at the mercy of the court, got kicked out of school and got banned from a city in Georgia. If this teabagger does the same thing and get banned from NOLA to keep him off the list I'm good with that.

I agree. And I don't know of any other instances of an unconscious stranger getting teabagged and I'm pretty sure every dude in here has drunkenly grabbed a girls arse.

ETA:

Not that it makes it ok, but come on, anyone can see the difference.

I'm sure if Mett did what that Bama fan did, he wouldn't have any major college offers.

A sexual crime is a sexual crime either way you look at it. Continue on with your hypocrisy though. I wont stand in your way.

Wellllll... Since it's the law - from earlier in the thread:

quote:

Sexual battery is an unwanted form of contact with an intimate part of the body that is made for purposes of sexual arousal, sexual gratification or sexual abuse. Sexual battery may occur whether the victim is clothed or not.
