the "duh, no $#@!" rumors we've heard for a while is espn will have the lhn piggy back on the sec network in their negotiations with directv....so basically if directv gets it, lhn will come along as the little step brother. If it looks like directv won't get the sec network, we'll probably never see the lhn on there.

Does anyone know if LHN will get distribution with Comcast, too, on this deal?
Still ridin'.

God damn this is getting to be like a clingy-girlfriend sort of thing.
"If you're going, I'm coming too"

Texas is stuck in a shite conference because any conference that has Texas in it will be a shite conference. They insist on being bigger than the conference, rather than operating within the confines and protections therein. Hence, the LHN. UNC is much the same way when it comes to the ACC, which is why I do not understand anyone who wants them in the SEC.
I give the Go Roll Tiders shite, but as crazy as y'all are, you do at least largely embrace the traditions of the conference as a whole, not just your own myopic fiefdom. Texas can't do that.

There may well be no SEC website with an equal number of posts attributed to...money, because there is no SEC school with as much ...money. The University of Texas has an endowment larger than all SEC schools combined. We deal with...money because that is what we are educated to do. A large number of us are educated to create value. That is why we talk about...money. Aggys build things that fall apart. UT grads manage businesses that endure. Hang around Texas for a while. It will be more obvious to you very quickly.
holy shite....what a pretentious little frickstick
There are a lot of hurt feelings, anger, and frustration in that fanbase right now. Individually, they know their situation is fricked beyond their control. As a whole, they're a legitimately shitty group people who take pride in their unfounded arrogance.
You are better off having to occasionally deal with A&M's goofy shite rather than constantly dealing with Texas. Don't take my word for it though, go to shaggy and see for yourself...

It hasn't reached its apex of shittiness yet.
Just wait. If they have a stretch like we did from 2000-2011, the butthurt will measure on the richter scale.

I can at least not contest "largely".

We (Aggies) caught some shite from the inside as well as outside the SEC when we first joined the new conference because we were a bit too excited too jump into the 'conference as a whole' mind set. I think one of our marketing departments released a shite video with Ags cheering for all the SEC and what not.. among other things as well.
I think people didn't really understand where we were coming from (the Big wtf) and how excited we were to get the frick out of that shite show. Even today we sometimes get the 'couldn't win in the Big XII' or 'should have stayed one more season to get a MNC.'
It's threads like this I think some of you guys and the rest of the outside world get a glimpse into the destructive arrogance the sips possess and how their direction was hurting the whole of the conference including themselves. They've fricked themselves and their conference because money and because 'no one cares about anything other than Texas'.
Don't get me wrong, I hate some of you frickers here and hope to hell that we beat your arse on the field. That being said, I hope some of you can begin to (if not already) understand why you hear Ags saying they don't care if it cost them a shot at a national championship.. we're just happy as shite that we got out of that dumpster fire conference. I'm pretty sure Mizzou will agree almost completely as well.
I love being in the SEC. Even if it means having to deal with some of you assholes.. it will always be better than being stuck at the hip to those sip-fricks.

I have never met an Aggy that wasn't knowledgable about their team. Most UT "fans" don't even watch half the games.
well to be fair, many of them are on the LHN

Dear Randolph
I do not care if A&M was or is part of the UT System. I do not care about the 12th man argument. I do not care who manages whom's endowment.
I DO care that DeLoss left us in this $#@!hole of a conference. I DO care that **** is going to be blared across the nation on Aug 28, representing our state. REPRESENTING OUR *******ED STATE!!!!
While I'm trying to find our game on LHN, **** will be broadcast coast to coast. THIS IS ALL DELOSS' FAULT! That MORON let all the good parts of the conference leave and left us with - Kansas State? Iowa State? BAYLOR??!??!? And we are stuck with them (oh yeah TCU who I never missed) until - 2025?
We've been screwed! A little gimpy bowtied ******* bent us over and went in dry and DeLoss sat there and cheered him on like a certain QB is a San Antonio hotel room.
YES I AM PISSED. And even with the season upon us, we are staring into the maw of a very average year in a crappy conference with another crappy bowl. And recruiting shows we're getting our arse handed to us. THAT MEANS THERE'S NO END IN SIGHT.
I'm sorry if I sound bitter or down, but all this window dressing about endowments and 12th man and other crap detracts from the fact THE *******ED HOUSE IS FULLY ENGULFED IN FLAMES RIGHT BEHIND YOU.
This was a masterpiece. A melt wrapped in layer upon layer of truth.

As insufferable as Bama can be at times, they never demand unequal power
They don't have to demand it, they just take it. There is a reason the SEC offices are in Alabama. And it's not a good reason.

In all honesty, ain't no one in the SEC as entitled as the Horns. And y'all have won shite. Repeatedly.
No one. Not even Bama.
They're a whole nuther level of entitled shite-bag. I for one will truly enjoy their coming Franchione-ing.

It's still nowhere close to what Texas does to their conference.

I can get behind a program like this. I might even submit a few if I can get my POS NES to load the game still.
