It really is pathetic. The thing that sucks is our administration is trying to please those people, when all those people want is to talk and get attention. The people who want Ole Miss taken away are pathetic. It doesn't hurt them. Not once have they ever heard Ole Miss and felt disrespected. It started with Col Reb. We gave them what they wanted. Those type of people will NEVER be satisfied. They will keep finding things and we already gave in to them once, so now we will slowly be forced to give into them again. The only thing, in the past decade, that I can understand being upset about is chanting "The South Will Rise Again." I just find it all exhausting. Racism is kept alive by the people who are "offended and hurt by ongoing traditions." Traditions that they were not a part of. We don't cry about exclusive University clubs for African-Americans only. Imagine if one of our schools had a White Only club/event. Lol @ even imagining it.
