Just because you're a liberal doesn't mean you have to be a Muslim apologist dude. I'm as progressive as it gets; how in the world do you not see the correlation between global terrorism and Islam? How? Even peaceful Muslim believe in crazy arse shite like, if a woman is seen without a veil then it is assumed she is a slave of the man she is with.

Or being caned for having unmarried sex.

Or killing a non Muslim in battle gets you direct access to heaven.

Just look how women are treated and viewed in Muslim dominated countries. It is a cult.

I'm not religious at all, and all religions have their faults. But the Islam faith encourages violence to get into heaven.

You can not be a progressive American and be an Islamic apologist at the same time. I firmly believe that. I am not tolerant of the Muslim faith. Call me a bigot, I don't care, I guess I am. frick Islam.

No I understand that. I caught that. I'm just sick of progressives on the internet feeling like they have to feel some way just so that they come across as sticking to their values. The same people saying "this isn't all of Islam" are the same who advocated for gay marriage. Well guess what, all of Islam think that if you're gay, you're going to rot in hell. And many of them would be very pleased to see you caned and then shot.

Islam in and of itself is a cult religion that should not exist. Allah doesn't fricking exist. So I don't feel bad when I look down on those who are engrained in the religion, even if they are peaceful Muslims. Sorry, you chose to believe in this crazy shite, so I have no regrets. They follow rules that hold back their society, and in particular, women.

good to know I'm not alone. I'm sick of being lumped in with SJW just because I lean left.

Wrong, this clearly falls under the first

Homegrown terrorism by definition is done in an effort to affect and change our US laws and politics.

He clearly states that on many occasions that his purpose is to further Isis's and radical islams objectives

He didn't scream out "marriage should be between a man and a woman" Or "overturn roe vs wade"

What? You are very confused.

1) Homegrown terrorism CAN BE RELIGIOUSLY MOTIVATED. Many U.S. citizens are Muslims. "Homegrown" simply means they are U.S. citizens and radicalized on U.S. soil. It is a designation about a terrorist's physical origin, not a descriptive about the CONTENT of his motives. This distinction is important for obvious reasons. It's one thing to formulate policy based around not admitting terrorists to our country where they can commit an attack. It's another thing entirely to protect against attacks from your own citizens. They require much different policy responses. To act like the president is somehow being disingenuous b/c he CORRECTLY notes that the shooter is of American origin is some weirdo talk radio BS that you should really stop repeating.

2) ISIS--and going back further, al Qaeda--DO have the objective of affecting U.S. policy. The purpose of 9/11 was to motivate U.S. citizens to revolt against current U.S. foreign policy that supports Israel and interferes in Middle Eastern affairs. UBL said this over and over. Further, one of the current goals of ISIS is to draw the U.S. into a highly publicized land war.

3) We do not currently know the shooter's motives. He was Muslim, yes. He alleged contacts with multiple terror orgs, but the FBI was unable to substantiate them. As of now, there are also compelling reports from people in the LGBT community that he frequented Pulse and had profiles on several homosexual dating apps. There is also a mental illness dimension that his ex wife has said may have influenced his decision making.

I nominate Sarge, Vols and myself as the resident Islamic opposition force. Tbird can round out the foursome as his military strategery will come in handy and all great teams have an antimidating AA.

We'll get this shite under control

I've got 2 best friends who are green berets, and I'm against Islam. I'd like to tag along if possible.

The meme that Obama is soft on radical islam is ridiculous when you look at his actual action against isis.

LINK

Isis leader killed

air strikes

more air strikes

and don't forget a Navy Seal killed last month fighting Isis

Let's not forget that a knee jerk reaction led us into the Iraq war, that had nothing to do with 911.

I posted the official definition of homegrown terrorism written into law by those that created the term and you are arguing against it

The FBI has now come out and said he was clearly radicalized via his internet and computer trails.

You are running out of talking points and on the verge of just making stuff up now

So you are boldly claiming hat no one EVER plans and researches before executing an act of extreme terrorism? They are all completely spontaneous and done within moments of the idea occurring? Cmon, give it a rest
