Lots of maybe in this. Every church that I have ever attended the Elders would remove the pastor from his position if he was a homosexual.

Homosexuality is spoken about in Scripture. I would hope a pastor who chooses this lifestyle would remove himself/herself voluntarily.
If not, then I would expect the church leaders to do so, and if none of that occurred, I would look to go elsewhere.

This, you can't lead a church while choosing to embrace a sinful lifestyle in willful disobedience of God

No, because he would be fired immediately.

practicing? after we met and talked about it, if he's come to the conclusion that it's not sin and will carry on as such? yes. bless him and move on.
if he's struggling with it and says he has homosexual feelings that he's struggling with, no i would stay in the church.

Doesn't it also mention eating shellfish or something like that?

It mentions a lot of things. Almost every mention of homosexuality in the Bible are in the Old Testament. The only mention of it in the New Testament is rather ambiguous. Some interpret it as condemning homosexuality, some don't.
At any rate, it was written by men centuries ago when human thought and emotion wasn't very evolved. So I don't put much stock in what the Bible says about anything.

No, that's a stupid reason to change churches. If he was fricking kids then yeah, I would probably change

Nope; he would be quickly replaced.

Considering my pastor is my dad, we would have bigger problems.

You chart is quite inaccurate, but it's cute and the discussion was on homosexuality, not gay marriage, but glad you had that in your holster.
