Maybe. Or maybe people change a few words here and there to better suit their argument.

I'm sure that they are aware that it occurred while he was in HS and that he missed a year because of it. They just choose to leave that part out.

Didn't a tennessee player rob a fan with a pellet gun one year? And the fan didn't want to press charges? Someone help me out.

I think he was 17 when it happened. It was in Dec of 2010. It's way further back than people realize.

absolutely shouldnt be kicked off the team and the first offense was pre college. however he should be suspended for 1-4 games, IMO.

Agreed, and I think that's probably what's goin on internally...a 1 or 2 game suspension.

I'm guessing the OP had no problems with mister "wrong place at the wrong time, I had no idea they were robbing the place" Janzen Jackson when that all went down. So the kid punched someone, who cares? How many frat douches on a campus have ever sucker-punched someone and got away with it? It looks bad and it was stupid but I don't think it warrants anything more than what he got at this time.

For a HS kid, yes... I have no problem with high school kids having sex with other high school kids.

You do??

Our entire team raped and pillage the whole SEC in 2011, so we're used to supporting criminals.

If there's grass on the field.....

In all seriousness, both are in high school then I am fine with it. Are you telling me that when you were a senior in high school, none of your buddies went out with a freshman?

You do know that sex and a blow job are not the same thing, right?

Doesn't make it ok, but get your shite straight. There is a big fricking difference.

There are countless examples of high profile players committing heinous crimes, and most often that results in their expulsion from the school and ostracization from the team. See Cam Newton at Florida, Cam Clear at Tennessee, the Auburn 4, the list goes on. For whatever reason, LSU has allowed their most recent criminal-athlete to remain with the program. My question is, could you in good conscience continue to support a program that condones such thuggish behavior?

What do you consider criminal? Because there are at least 2 guys on Tennessee's team right now who have been arrested for assault.

then you're a fricking pedophile. You realize that is illegal in EVERY state in this nation and carries anywhere from 10 to 25 years of prison time along with lifetime registration as a sex offender? But for some reason you feel it's ok? It carries that kind of punishment for a reason.

Depends on your definition of the word "sex" and who is having it.

I do not think a high school senior getting a blowjob from a high school freshman is a criminal.

BTW Jerry Lee Lewis married a 13 year old. Girls mature quick in Louisiana.
