But it is.... just because you don't agree with the law does not give you or anyone else to break those laws. Same with legal drinking age and the such. Even if you don't agree,,,it's still the law.

the law is all about wording and interpretation and you have changed yours a couple times in this thread alone.
I personally don't agree with the law, if both are in high school then it is all fair in my opinion but you are correct, that is the law.
