It's not his fault. He's never experienced either.

I think you are confusing the punishments with the different severities of the crimes

You need to learn the definition of that word.

Sex among consenting high school students is not illegal. If it were, 14 year olds wouldn't be able to buy Plan B without their parent's permission.

I personally don't have a problem with high school kids engaging in consensual sex.

If that makes me a pervert, so be it. But it doesn't.

So every guy who gets head from a teenager is a pedophile?

Man, when I was a senior in HS there were some fine arse freshman.

Of course, I was only a pedophile for half the year. I was 17 til Christmas break...afterwards I became a pedophile.

There were rumors about Eddie Lacy being involved in this exact same situation while he was being recruited. Just sayin'. People deserve second chances.

here.... I'll help you out. Tell me again how this is not illegal.

2006 Louisiana Laws - RS 14:43.3 — Oral sexual battery

§43.3. Oral sexual battery

A. Oral sexual battery is the intentional engaging in any of the following acts with another person, who is not the spouse of the offender when the other person has not yet attained fifteen years of age and is at least three years younger than the offender:

(1) The touching of the anus or genitals of the victim by the offender using the mouth or tongue of the offender; or

(2) The touching of the anus or genitals of the offender by the victim using the mouth or tongue of the victim.

B. Lack of knowledge of the victim's age shall not be a defense.

C.(1) Whoever commits the crime of oral sexual battery shall be punished by imprisonment, with or without hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, for not more than ten years.

In Louisiana, apparently you'd have been a pedo since Christmas break of your junior year.

I think realistically looking at these situations is that high school kids are fricking horny. If you don't want seniors hooking up with freshmen, go back to the old way of high schools being 10th thru 12th grade.

Proximity is going to lead to hooking up. It's fricking science. Literally. fricking science.

I was good to go until May so I didn't have to be tempted by the pedophilia bug but for a month as a senior

I know a guy who was dating a freshman as a senior and after he graduated, they broke up and her parents pressed charges. He got a year or so and is a registered sex offender. He is now married to that same girl with a couple kids and very happy except when they move somewhere and he has to post signs.

Not his crime. He got charged with carnal knowledge because the girl consented (actually it was her idea, but that's neither here nor there).

If Hill were 14 and the girl were 14, it wouldn't have been illegal you dolt. That's what I'm talking about when I say sex among consenting HS students is not illegal. The arbitrary age placed on the laws is what burned Hill and is ruining peoples lives all over the country.

You appear to be in the minority here. Most reasonable people don't have a problem with HS kids hooking up.

And FWIW, the legal system agreed with us, given that he merely got probation once the facts came out.
