that is from a different law all together. That carries a punishment of 25 years of hard time. Oral sexual battery carries a 10 year maximum.

Just for the record, yes I am in favor of it being illegal for a 20-25yo+ man having SEC with a 14yo girl.
I'm not exactly sure what particular age you should draw the line, but 17 and 18 is too low. A HS senior having sex with a HS freshman is not perverted, is not evil, is not bad, is not unnatural, and should not be illegal.
