But if you were to argue that dominant means most top 10 seasons, you could make an argument that OU and Ohio State were the most consistantly dominant of all the programs
And the fact that LSU whipped both of them head to head means that .........

plus its awful hard to be the best when you have 0 titles
Posted on 10/26/11 at 11:46 am to Choctaw
If you had a losing season, you are disqualified from the discussion

really? i looked it up and can't find any BCS titles for USC. why is that?
maybe they've been vacated, but the NCAA can't vacate my memory of USC skull fricking Oklahoma in 2004
I dont ever remember a BCS Championship beatdown like the one they put on Stoops that year

So the only right answer is either LSU of UF...with the edge going to LSU because of total wins.
anymore questions?

LSU or Florida (though I give the edge to LSU thanks to the Zook years )

Good thing your memory has no baring on what's null and void.
Had the scandal been found out sooner, RB would have never played.

i know its hard for some of you to admit that LSU is the right answer here...but if you dig deep inside i think you can do it.
Posted on 10/26/11 at 11:56 am to rebeltider
all of that doesn't prove they would have beaten 2004 Auburn, so we are back to your biased opinion.

USC is the only one that MIGHT have an argument over LSU/Florida...and that's very debatable given the sanctions/cheating/etc.
But OHio State and Oklahoma have zero argument having both lost twice to LSU/Florida. Once might be an anomoly, but twice means you're just not as good period.
