Man, I sure wish I had been smart enough to sell all of my NWA and Fayetteville real estate holdings a few years back.

Of course you did. Because the objective is to sell a few years before prices rise to all time highs.

Quick test. I bought a stock at $10 and now it's worth $10000. What do you propose I do?

Praise the guy who sold at $12 isn't a choice either

You sell @ 10k and you sure as hell don't buy @ 10k.

I recently (about a year ago) unloaded my last property, and I just checked comps and I cleared the same value as what comparable properties are going for today.

I bought low and sold high, get in, get out.

Thanks for making my point.

I can get some crayons and draw you a picture on how to Arkansas real estate if you ever get any money to invest.

Hell, I will pay the postage for the instructional drawing, if it will help you get started.

Great, this dude is OT rich.

Buying and selling trailer parks isn't considered "Real Estate". It's basically glorified vending machines.

I just get concerned when home values heavily outpace wage increases.

We're adding jobs in a lot of places but wages are not going up. That is worrying.

Don't want to get in the middle of some infighting, but vending machines aren't a bad gig. If you own enough, the do generate money without occupying all of one's time. You can either service them on your free time from other endeavors, or pay someone $9/hr to.

how does he place them? Who does he get permission/rent a spot from?

Otherwise seems like a legit idea..

He made agreements with owners that lived near the trail before it came through. One is the storage units near Sycamore on Scull Creek in Fay

Yeah I've seen the vending machine shack on Scull Creek Trail at the Sycamore Crossing. Great idea. The trail has high traffic #s.
