One thing I’ve noticed while reading Michigan boards is that they believe their QB should be a first round pick. I admittedly haven’t watched much of Michigan outside of highlights but is this accurate? I thought they’re passing was their weak points?

Bama D isn’t in the top 20 of any statistical category and the played some really bad teams!! Think about that. UM is in top 6 in all, offense stats, UM is in top 25 in two category, Bana in none! Not sure what everyone sees here….

Lmfao @ this shite. Alabama played more top 25 offensive units than Michigan played in the top 60.

This might be the dumbest thing I’ve read all CFB season and that’s saying something.

Which means he’s a coonass LSU fan.

Actually not sure if he’s a fan of any team really. He hates Bama in particular but has a hatred of SEC teams in general. His username suggests he’s a fan of some big 10 teams but I’m not sure who he really supports

Also there’s tons of non-LSU/AU/Tenn fans out there that hate Bama with a burning DEEP passion. Even saw some (not most) Ohio St fans saying they’re cheering for Michigan over Bama

No.

In the three games he’s played against functional teams (PSU, OSU and Iowa) he has yet to generate 200 yards and only has 19 TDs on the season.

He’s an efficient game manager who has played well in the role he’s been given, but at no point in time has he demonstrated that he’s a difference maker.

He was getting some first round hype coming into the season. I think that’s died off outside of their fan base

If you think about it Michigan has not had good QB play since like Dennard Robinson in 2011. If any QB at Bama, LSU, Clemson, OSU, and UGA had a QB playing like he has (1 TD in 5 games) they’d trash his arse constantly. That’s not to say he’s a horrible QB. I think he’s better than his numbers indicate but their QB play has been so average or mediocre the last 10+ years it feels like they’re latching onto any good plays they see from their QB. No matter how few their plays are

His numbers have dipped since the spying scandal broke. There is no coincidence in my opinion. Their fans and some media people have claimed that he was injured and I don’t believe that. In reality, they have played a two game schedule. At Penn State and at home against Ohio State. The rest of their schedule was akin to playing Miss. State level opponents.

The hatred is pathological like the rest of the LSU losers over there with a few boogs. Username means nothing. Mine is Samford where I obtained an undergrad degree.

I’m not basing it entirely off his username. I’ve never seen his strongly supporting one team and like I said he hates the SEC as a whole too

Sure but that level of hatred is seen among plenty of non-SEC fans too. Just look at any CFB board. Some of them hate Bama more than their rivals and they don’t even play Bama regularly like many other SEC teams do

Is he aware that BAMA played and beat the Heisman winner??

Wow, that's delusional.

As I mentioned earlier, they believe JJ is a Top 10 draft pick. Some say his lack of stats in the second half of the season are due to the other players not being up to his level. While at the same time boasting about how much better those other players are than Bama.

There are a lot of Michigan fans that are convinced OSU and PSU are better than Alabama. It’s hilarious.

Wonder if they’ll walk that back when both of them lose their bowl games

I'm trying not drink the rat poison but deep down inside I feel like we are going to make things very difficult for the Michigan QB.

Thats fair. I almost always want LSU or Georgia to win out when Bama doesn't have a shot.

Some disagree, and understand their point. Mine is simple... the SEC is second to none and bargains with no one. Even our second [and at times third] placed team can beat most anyone.

Would you cheer for Auburn though? That’s the equivalent of what they’re doing since Michigan is their biggest most hated rival. You know the rivalry they all would try to say is the biggest most intense in CFB even more so than the Iron Bowl. And I guarantee they wouldn’t support UM against any other team. Just against Bama whom they really hate which was my main point.

So they’re not using the same logic you are. At least not most of them.

And personally I’d never cheer for another SEC team (unless it was some smaller school like Kentucky somehow)

So was Anthony Richardson and JaMarcus Russell and Ryan Leaf and many more. Being a Top 10 Draft pick means exactly jack shite. I get what you're saying, but it appears to me that these clowns are just in a state of denial about the arse whoopin' that's coming.

Slightly different...

Normally no, but when they were in the title match years ago, I figured it was better for Alabama, the state, so yes. Both programs have benefitted from the strength of the other.

Absolutely I would, and I hate the barn. I don't want any SEC school to lose to B1G or any other conference. Especially in bowl games. Now, regular season, I want barn, tenner, lsu, uga to lose as much as possible. But I want uga to score 100 on Free Shoes. Same for lsu, tenner, etc.
Now, did I laugh at barn losing to NMSt? Yes, but it's embarrassing. Especially since BAMA needed the grave digger to beat them.

You’re definitely in a tiny minority there

I don’t agree with your line of thinking but at least it’s consistent with supporting Bama in some kind of way I guess.

But if you’re cheering for your biggest rival only if they play Bama because you cheer for whoever Bama plays against. That’s just being a hater to be a hater. And there’s tons of extreme Bama haters outside the SEC too. Not just Auburn and LSU fans

Man, I gotta get off the UM forums and Reddit. There’s people there that genuinely believe Bama is the third best team they’ll play this year behind OSU and PSU.

I mean, I don’t know what kind of mental gymnastics you have to perform to get to that.
