I was about to say, now what? I've got 1000 shares @ 0.98. I'm hoping this company has long term success.

I did. Signed the same waiver. Said I had to do a limit order. Tried to set it at 0.93cents (when is was under 0.93) and it didn't execute when it opened the next day over that amount.
Throwing my name in the hat!
Ha! See what I did there?

Igiwhi
Blank just built a children's hospital here in Atlanta and a parking garage on his estate. Rumor is that he has a collection of 300 cars. He loves spending his money.
He will get a nice house for a reasonable price.
Ultimately I'm thankful I found another job.
I'm kinda with the board on this one. Not much I can do in this situation

Well thanks OT, that's about what I expected ??
I 100% own up to the incidents. Ultimately that falls on me. Can't/won't argue the firing at the end of the day
What's crazy to me is the blacklisting based off of a bogus claim. That's what I think is most wrong about this situation. You'd think if you were being accused of something that serious they'd want your side of the story. Evidently not.
Some of you have asked if I've taken a look in the mirror. Absolutely. Could I have been a better co-worker, clinician,, of course. What irks me is the ill will of this story.

OT Lawyers, do I have a case?

I am a travelling medical professional and was terminated from my last contract day before Thanksgiving, no notice.
The company cited 2 incident reports (which happened months before the firing), and "disparaging comments" against the company (which ultimately did me in)
Some background: my clinic director and I didn't exactly get along so when I spoke up about an unpopular decision coming down from corporate she took that opportunity to call the regional director and I was let go the next day.
To make matters worse I asked if I could work for this company at an alternative location and it turns out they also blacklisted me. I found that curious as disparaging comments don't tend to get you blacklisted from an entire company. When I asked why I was banned, I was told that the same clinic director claimed I was so aggressive towards her that she no longer wanted to come to work anymore.
That's completely contradictory when she called me multiple times giving me a heads up as to why she was missing work certain days. Some reasons she missed work include:
- being scratched by a dog on her shoulder (now getting PT for)
- changing her allergy medication
- some days I got no notice and just had to figure it out
My entire work history is contradictory to what she is claiming about me. I've worked with this company multiple times before and different clinics across the country and have never had an issue until I worked with her.
I obviously can't fight the termination, despite what I feel is the justification. However, the blacklisting, and this claim that I was "aggressive" is a complete fabrication and is covering her excessive work absences.
So OT, what would you do?

Would love to see how the new starters did, especially at safety.
