Starters shouldn’t get to enter the transfer portal if the head coach isn’t leaving. The transfer portal is really meant for studs who aren't seeing playing time due to an idiot coach signing too many five stars at one position. Not an avenue for extorting more NIL money from universities. Hate this stuff.
