San Jose State cornerback Jay'Vion Cole announced his commitment to Texas over the weekend.
Cole, a sophomore from Oakland, Calif., was one of the top available cornerbacks in the transfer portal.
Last season, he recorded 38 total tackles, three tackles for loss, one sack, three interceptions, and 10 pass breakups.
