Texas defenisve lineman J’mond Tapp entered the transfer portal this week.
Tapp, a redshirt sophomore from Donaldsonville, La., was a four-star prospect out of Ascension Catholic in 2022.
He appeared in nine games for Texas, including seven in 2023. In his career in Austin, he had nine tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss.
