Torrance Gibson, the nations No. 1 Dual-Threat quarterback for 2015 tweeted out his Top 15 list on Monday and 5 teams from the SEC made the cut, with Tennessee as No. 1.

Gibson, from Fort Lauderdale, FL (American Heritage) is 6'4", 200 lbs and is listed as the 4th best player in the state of Florida for 2015.
