LSU Lands Commitment From NC State Transfer Safety Tamarcus Cooley

Former NC State safety TaMarcus Cooley announced his commitment to LSU on Monday and has signed with the Tigers.
Cooley, a redshirt freshman from Knightdale, N.C., began his career at Maryland and transferred to NC State last offseason. He will have three years of eligibility remaining at LSU.
The 6-0, 200-pounder totaled 39 tackles, nine PBU, and three interceptions this season. He was the highest-graded player on NC State’s defense, according to Pro Football Focus.
