Per SEC Sports: Florida overwhelmed South Carolina with an offensive barrage that included 13 total hits in an 11-3 victory on the opening day of the SEC Baseball Tournament at the Hoover Met in Hoover, Alabama.
The Gators had five different players register multi-hit games, led by Ty Evans with three hits, including two doubles. Bobby Boser, Brendan Lawson, Brody Donay and Hayden Yost each added two hits.
Boser, Donay and Yost all homered.
The Gators' three home runs match the most they've hit in an SEC Tournament game in program history, having done it six previous times, most recently in the 2023 semifinal vs Vanderbilt.
