It is clear! We are becalmed.
Our sails are limp.
We are in the Doldrums!
The four month silence...
Has begun.
Boredom's bird of prey
Is in full stoop.
Falling.
Falling with lethal
Purpose.
To wrench, from our
Very skin, not
Our hope, but
Our necessary patience.
Only the first
Cool...
Cool breath of autumn,
possesses the jailor's key.
