Have to win the first game to get to 20 wins for the sake of recruiting. Would be huge to reach 20 wins for 4 consecutive years. Maybe we can get to the third or 4th round and end the season with Fox's highest win total in 8 years.
It sure sucks we aren't in the tourney but no sense in crying over spilled milk at this point. These accomplishments would be good selling points for our program.

It's not about if anybody gives a rip about the NIT...it's about creating greater selling points for our program. Anything positive you can tell a recruit helps.

I think we should want recruits that are smart enough to recognize that winning 20 games including postseason play is extremely mediocre

Now you bash the players and kids that aren't even on the team for not having a competitive enough mentality and you say they aren't smart enough to win more than 20 games. Unreal!

Where is anybody rooting for us to fail? Can't wrap your mind around people being upset that with 2 first team all conference players we couldn't finish the regular season in the top half of the conference and we weren't even in the discussion of going to the tournament? Sorry some of us have the capability to understand that winning a game or two in the NIT is our ceiling with Fox.

I don't think anyone is rooting against UGA. The truth is you don't hang a banner for winning the NIT. I'll be rooting hard every game, because I realize our AD doesn't have the balls to make the right decision...fire Fox

I get that you're bitter, but it does help in recruiting...like making a shitty bowl...at least you MADE a bowl game....at least we MADE a post-season tourney. More practice and experience for the young guys as well.

You wrote nobody cares about the NIT...not true by any stretch. You were easily insinuating that nobody cares so who gives a rip how we do. Who cares if we lose first round or win the whole thing because nobody cares about it.
