Here's what a 4-3 would look like, if Grantham can be reasonable.

He could easily flip this to a 3-4 to mindfrick someone or just as standard operating procedure on 3rd and long.

Run off Ray Drew, run H-Clem down to outside LB, Matthews back to safety, and Bailey in to corner for Matthews.

A 4-3 for the base defense is going to work better because of a severe lack of depth on the defensive line.

Plenty of blitz schemes you can run with Jenkins/Floyd/Herrera, corner blitz, safety blitz, etc.

Don't need all the 3-4 bullshite anymore. Just don't have the DL.

Geathers leaving really fricks us.. I thought we were on the cusp of being able to do it, but he declared, no more 3-4.

I'll go ahead and edit the list and take Geathers out.

Also, it looks like I'm missing some people on the OP, who am I missing?
