That's the best theory on the subject I've heard yet. Another part of the theory is the number of players who don't get a drivers license until they get to college. Kirby said something about this the other day. So, in theory, a 19 year old UGA football player who just got his license is like a 16 year old who just got their license, except with way faster cars.
