The guys on twitter are saying broken finger. How would they know if he did not go to the ER yet. Does high schools all of a sudden have X Ray Machines on site? If it ends up being broken and not just dislocated could be 4 to 6 weeks to heal.

There was a picture circulating of Fields holding out his hand and his finger looked jacked up. It's probably an assumption that it is broken based on that.

Sometimes you can tell. Or there may of been a Dr there with an educated guess.

Best case scenario is dislocation. But even with that there could be possible ligament damage. I suspect he will be fine, though.
