Or does he have to come off the bench for being an idiot and taking his helmet off on the field after that sack in the UF game? I imagine he did not have a very fun week at practice.

Ever think his helmet was impacted during the play and he was trying to adjust it? Likely why the ref standing in front of him did not flag it.

Yea, I think it almost came off on the tackle. Just a natural reaction to adjust it. But after the Tenn game last year, Kirby was justified to be furious.

Agree, like to see Kirby coaching them up, but I think it was reactionary.

Maybe. but you don't have to take it off to adjust it. And if that is what happened, Kirby would not have lit in to him. Foolishness like that cost us a game last year. It should be second nature by now that you do not remove your helmet while on the field.

Not sure what you mean. Maybe you are misunderstanding me.
I don't think he sits because of the incident. I do think he deserved to get yelled at.
