Can you lateral it to a lineman once it's already been passed once or is it still illegal touching?

Don't know about that. But, he could have ran out of bounds and still had 4 seconds on clock.

I ask because it was an OL he was trying to lateral to at the end which wouldn't have worked anyways. I'm just ignorant regarding that particular rule
