Clemson overcame 2 turnovers and a failed 4th down conversion. If anything they are even better than their performance last night.

umm....are you saying this because the national champs blanked them last week?

They are a very good team

Good team. but nearly on par with the National Championship team of 3 years ago. People are saying Clemson beat the last 7 National Championship teams. no. They did not. They beat Alabama, and the Alabama team they beat did not win a National Championship. Neither did the Ohio State team, or the Florida State teams they beat.

Is Clemson good? yes, but let's not paint them like they beat the last 7 National Championship teams.

As for Ohio State. Great teams do not get shutout.
And, the Big 10 was shown to be.....let's just say, not as strong as many people thought they were. Was Ohio State a good team? yes. Were they a National Championship caliber team? Far from it.

ETA
I reread my post that started this disagreement...and it said that Ohio State was "not a very good team". That was probably a misstatement. I should have said that they were a good team, but not a great team.
My bad. Maybe we can agree with that statement instead of what I originally said.

they beat the last 7 NC's this season. Yep, overrated.

That is the most retarded stat and way to copy it from whatever MSM outlet you heard it from.

So yeah none of those 7 teams that Clemson beat won the NC this season so it really is a shite stat to use to try and make them look much better.

Sark called a pretty good game that his QB fricked up. He threw 10 yards past WRs streaking behind Clemsons secondary.......twice. Not even fricking close. His short passes were also shite as he rarely threw his WRs into position to catch and run. Dude looked like Grayson Lambert out there. They basically went to the wire with a chance to win a NC with a Grayson Lambert clone. You switch QBs and Bama wins that game by 4 TDs.

Clemson Underrated

FIFY but seriously, we will see how good Clemson is without Deshaun Watson.

Of course they won't be as good without Watson, just like Auburn wasn't as good without Cam, and UGA wasn't as good after Herschel. You can't lose a player like that and not expect to take a step back. Although UGA almost won a national title the year after Herschel left, the impact was still immediately felt and we fell off the next year.
