it'd be nice if he could take the lead as gamemaster and give us some more trivia challenges but he seems unmotivated to do so

Years ago I tried to take over as a game master of sorts on a thread JD abandoned and I was chastised for it. Chastised I tell you. To the max yo.

The rules were simple 1) don’t cheat? And 2) whoever solves, does the the next jeopardy question

But, you can’t do either as usual.

How hard would it be for someone to simply guess 4 cities in Georgia???

WG, just guess 4 Georgia cities. If you get it right you can let IngrateRig take your turn.

Your answer must be in the form of a question. How hard is it to follow the rules?

THESE FOUR GEORGIA CITIES ALSO ONCE SERVED AS CAPITAL OF THE PEACH STATE.

I looked it up. I've never even heard of one of those cities and I've lived here 40 years. Next Question.

Yeah, good question

I didn't break the rules. The rule is you can't google the answer and then post it. I didn't post the answer. In fact, I am such a stickler for the rules I didn't even want to post my pre-google guess. I suppose transparency and honesty and caution is what gets you in trouble these days.

Okay, great. That wasn’t so hard.

Savannah is correct. The other three are not.

Oglethorpe landed at Savannah, then they headed up the river to the fall line where Augusta was founded, then Georgia slowly evolved westward

So the capitals were Savannah, then Augusta, then Louisville, then Milledgeville, then atlanta

milledgeville

Milledgeville was the capital during the civil war. Although Sherman burned Atlanta, a major rail hub, he did not burn Milledgeville, despite passing right through it. The story I heard was that the mayor had been Sherman's brother's room mate or something like that.
