He is currently committed to Tenn. but since his commitment, three people have picked the Ags on 247's crystal ball. I havent heard anything of him on TA... anyone got any info on the guy?

Alas, I am not a premium subscriber so what I'm about to say is pure conjecture.
Apparently, the Vol coaching staff is not too keen on taking JUCO's that aren't early enrollees. Weatherd was supposed to be an EE, but those plans fell through. Whether the staff drops him for this reason is up for debate. He still considers himself a Vol commit:
